What are the incoming and outgoing ports. I know these are fairly basic questions but I am elderly and not that computer literate. This thread is locked. WebJun 8, 2024 · You will first choose your device and then click on the Tutorials tab > on the left side column, choose Email & Messaging > Email Settings . Step 8 will be removing the account and step 3 is to add the account. This will generally resolve a sync error as well. Alternatively, you can search for Email Settings.
