Web22 de mai. de 2024 · I bought 16gb of high density "AMD only" RAM a little while ago. While I can get two sticks to run in my FX 4300 PC, I can not got any to run in my Xeon rig or an i7 2600 rig. It seems on some boards it is required to get the most out of your ram. My system cannot boot past around 1.475v-1.5v, but if I drop voltage a bunch, it boots but I get errors in stability tests. The ram is b-die and watercooled so it should have no issue booting well past 1.5v.
WebI turned on expo ii at 6000hz. 16 gb + 16 gb ram in two slots. Left memory restore at default settings. Fresh install yesterday from 0821 to 1406 on Asus B650E-F : 7800x3d + 2*16 GSkill 6000 30/38/38/96. There were symptoms that other hardware was being slightly starved for power, for instance -- fans that issue a grinding noise. The noises disappeared when I replaced the GTZR RAM with a 2x8 kit of GTZs.
